The small addition to a Californian bungalow family home borrows space from the eastern side of the property and extends the bedrooms to the boundary, allowing the generous garden space to be maintained.

We wanted to achieve a sense of vibrancy and joy and, at the same time, create a private and tranquil retreat for the family including their dog, Scout.
